The hair salon is not an environment suitable for small children. We suggest that you find alternate arrangements for them. If you have no other alternative, as a courtesy, please advise your stylist or manicurist in advance. Our intent is not to offend, but to provide a pleasant salon experience for all who are being serviced.

Appointments

We try our best to provide timely service to all clients. In order to do that, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event that you may be running late, we would appreciate you calling ahead. This will give us an opportunity to evaluate the schedule to provide better service to all clients.

Cancellations / No-Show

We ask that you give us 4 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our stylist the opportunity to contact other clients that may be on the waiting list. There is a cancellation fee for appointments not cancelled 4 hours in advance. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.
